From the design rationale:

The idea of connection is often visually represented with lines. Lines

connecting things together, creating connections and continuing

connection.

So why don’t we take the connection of lines and visually represent it

in the branding. This style or design not only connects to the human

finger print but also the rings of a tree. Not only this but there is also a

connection to topography maps and the measurement of land.

All trees have a different ring pattern and all humans have a different

finger print.
